As the name suggests, the only difference between the D256H-R4350 and R4350-D512H is the amount of memory, respectively 256 and 512 MB. In both cases, GDDR2 memory clocked at 1000 MHz, and uses the memory of the 64-bit bus. Based on the 55nm low-profile card works at 600 MHz. In the 80 stream processors, combined with small size and passive cooling the card must be suitable for HTPC.
